Good-Bye Highlands

Well it is time for me to say good-bye to Highlands.

Today the movers come to box all our belongs.  The beginning of next week I will begin the journey to Little Rock.  I know when I get in the car I will be excited to see the children & walk into our house to make it a home.  It feels good to own a house again.

Even though I am about to enter another season of life, I will still write about Highlands from time to time.  When you spend about ten years in one place, it becomes a huge part of you.

Next week I will not be a permanent resident of Highlands any longer, but I WILL be a visitor!!!  I'm looking forward to it.

Ps.121:1-2
I will lift up mine eyes unto the hill, from whence cometh my help.
My help cometh from the Lord,
which made heaven and earth.

God has used these mountains to speak to my soul.

I will miss it.
